Booking Policy

To secure your reservation at Poets Corner, full payment is required at the time of booking. A booking is not considered confirmed until payment has been received in full.

Minimum stay requirements may apply during peak periods, public holidays, and special events.

Changes to Bookings

Guests may request changes to their booking dates at any time up to 30 days prior to their scheduled arrival date, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund of the booking amount.

• 30 days or less before arrival: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking value will apply.

• 14 days or less before arrival: No refunds will be provided.

• Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

No Shows & Early Departures

No refunds will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.

By making a booking with Poets Corner, guests acknowledge and accept these booking and cancellation terms.
