Guest Checkout Checklist

  1. Check Out - 10am sharp

  2. Property to be left in the same condition as found upon check in.

  3. Please ensure lights, heater/air conditioner, tv, fans etc. are turned off before leaving the property.

  4. Upon check out, ensure all dishes are washed, dried and put away. Rubbish needs to be removed from the house and placed in bins at the front gate of the property.

  5. Strip beds and place linen and towels in washing basket in laundry.

  6. Empty all personal items from fridge and cupboards and take with you, any remaining items will be immediately discarded.

  7. Leave keys on the bench and the property unlocked on check out.
