1. Check In 3pm - Check Out 10am

2. Payment for entire stay is due in full to secure booking.

3. Property to be left in the same condition as found upon check in.

4. Linen, towels & bathroom products will be provided.

5. Please ensure lights, heater/air conditioner, tv, fans etc. are turned off before leaving the property at any time during you stay.

6. Strictly NO smoking or vaping inside the property at any time.

7. No additional guests other than agreed are allowed without prior consultation. Charges apply for additional guests.

8. Off-street parking is provided for one car only. This parking is on the left hand side of the driveway in front of the sliding glass doors. Please ensure you park so other vehicles can access the right hand side of the driveway at all times.

9. All other parking will be on-street, please speak to us about the best places to park.

10. Please note we have security cameras at both the entrance to the property and in the driveway area.

11. Our black Labrador is contained in our yard and loves meeting people and pats. However, please don’t let him out, we would miss him, and please don’t feed him, no matter how hungry he pretends to be!

Check Out

1. Upon check out, ensure all dishes are washed, dried and put away.

2. Empty all personal items from fridge and cupboards and take with you, any remaining items will be immediately discarded.

3. Leave keys on the bench and the property unlocked on check out.
