Enjoy a relaxing coastal getaway at our private, fully self-contained two-bedroom unit located in the backyard of our home in beautiful Inverloch Surfside.

This cosy, older-style beach house accommodation offers everything you need for a comfortable stay while enjoying privacy and your own space. The unit has its own separate entrance, private fenced yard, and onsite parking for one car, making it perfect for couples, small families, or a quiet coastal escape.

Inside you'll find two bedrooms, one bathroom, a comfortable living area, and a compact kitchen equipped with two hot plates, microwave and air fryer (note: there is no oven). A laundry is also available for guest use.

The property is fully fenced, offering a secure outdoor area to relax after a day exploring the coast.

Our location makes it easy to enjoy everything Inverloch has to offer:
• 900m to the beach – an easy walk for swimming, surfing or sunset strolls
• 1.6km to Inverloch town centre with cafés, restaurants and shops
• Quiet Surfside location away from the main tourist traffic

While the unit is completely private, onsite management is available if you need anything during your stay.

Whether you're visiting for a beach holiday, a weekend escape, or to explore the Bass Coast, this comfortable and convenient retreat is a great base to enjoy Inverloch.

Guest access

You have access to the entire 2 bedroom Studio including off-street parking for one vehicle.

  • A friendly black Labrador lives in the front property’s yard. He may want to say hello!
